Tie Flash mob this Thursday!

In order to show our appreciation for our chief custodian this Holiday Season, we are asking that all students surprise Mr. Rebertz by taking part in his weekly “Tie Thursdays” event this coming Thursday, December 22nd.

Staff and Students are asked to come to school wearing the funkiest tie they can find as a way to say thank you to Mr. Reberts for all of his hard work.

Staff and students are encouraged to stop Mr. Rebertz in the halls and thank him all day long as we hope to make DECEMBER 22ND ALL ABOUT HIM!

Don’t forget, it’s a SURPRISE, so please don’t let the secret out of the bag until Thursday!
No buses today!

** Don't forget it’s PJ Day Friday!
You may send in treats if you wish (completely optional).  I will monitor how many treats there are and if the quantity is excessive they can take the balance home to enjoy over the holidays.

Westwind will be hosting our first Holiday Concert on Tuesday Dec. 20th. We invite parents to come and share in the holiday season and enjoy the creative performances of our students. Through music, drama, dance and spoken word students will captivate you with performances that reflect common themes central to our Canadian cultural celebrations. Separate concerts have been organized as we have limited seating in the gym. The concert for students in Gr. 2 - 5 will take place from 12:10 - 1:10p.m. and the Kdg., Gr. 1 and Gr. 1/2 classes will be performing from 1:25 - 2:00p.m.. We look forward to seeing you on the 20th.
